Lamont Addition

We recently completed an approximate 200 s.f. family room addition to our character home in Tuxedo. We hired Kelly Construction mainly for one reason.

He came very highly recommended from two of our friends who had each hired him for their addition and renovation respectively. We soon found that

there are many reasons to hire Kelly Construction.

Kelly gave us a very descriptive outline of the scope of work that was to be done, estimated completion date, price, and what we were to expect of him

and his crew. This all proved to be more than accurate.

When you decide to take on a renovation project you will soon discover that you will have total strangers in your home, on a daily basis for what might be

an extended period of time. This could prove to good news or bad news depending on whom you hire. Kelly’s awesome trades people were a pleasure to have

in my home and helped through the process of dealing with the disruption of the renovation process with two small children in the house.

One of Kelly’s workers worked on the project from start to end and his expertise, meticulousness, and jovial manner were indispensable. In fact we considered

him part of our family for the time he was here. Not to go unmentioned are the group of professionals who Kelly works with and hires. They display the utmost

in professionalism, craftsmanship, efficiency and courteousness. Kelly has very high expectations of himself and this is also the high standard which he expects

from all of the trades he works with.

Kelly also ensured he was on the pusle of the project from beginning to end making frequent and daily visits to the site to follow the progress. He was also very

accommodating and made every effort to assure that we, the homeowners were completely satisfied but realistic with our expectations. We completely trusted

him and anyone associated with him. If we ever undertake another renovation or addition to our home, we would not call anyone else but Kelly Construction.
