This is a letter to thank you for the care and consideration you took to ensure our renovation went smoothly. Your ideas were helpful and constructive and contributed to the overall appeal of our new addition. 
We appreciate the care you took to minimize damage to our trees and yard by the heavy equipment. As we had to live in the house through the majority of the renovation we appreciate how neat and tidy the workers kept things. Thanks also for the extra help you provided us above and beyond your contract by setting up temporary heat and many other details. 
You were organized, things went as scheduled, the project was completed in a timely manner and the whole thing came in as estimated with no surprises.
